Beverly Arts Center Summer Camps are affordable - Artistic. They are offering
a variety of affordable and engaging summer camps, for kids of all ages, teens, and
adults. Enjoy visual arts, music, theater, writing, ceramics---and it's close to
home. Summer session begins on June 15th, 2407 West 111th Street in Chicago

FARMER'S MARKET begins on Tuesdays, July 14th until October--at the First
Midwest Bank parking lot from 3-6:00 PM. It's sponsored by our School District

Saturday, June 21st - It's time for DRIVIN' the DIXIE DASH!!!. This wonderful
event is sponsored by our Historical Society. Antique vehicles will start lining up
in the city parking lot across from the Blue Island Library at 8:00 in the morning.
At 9:30, they will parade north on Greenwood Avenue, east on Prairie Street,
down Western Avenue into Posen. Get out there and admire these vehicles and
while you are there, visit the Historical Society's History Museum at the Library.

Note: SHOP & SHARE days are set for June 30th, July 1st and 2nd at Jewelfor
the society. Try it out! You need their contribution ID slip and then a portion
of what you spend on groceries, goes to the society.

until 2 with food by locals, Music , crafts and contributions by man-like our

weekends in June. As you probably know, it's the gripping play that takes a personal
look at RJ Daley and his 23 years as Mayor/
