New Faces @ YOUR Library

Blue Island's Favorite Library has some new faces manning its' main floor service desks, Circulation and Reference.

Sofia Sierra-Aguilera, a Blue Islander and proud of it, has three children, (she says four if you count her husband Hector). She suffers from chronic friendliness and therefore fits right in at the Circulation Desk where a smile and good word are the norm.
Judith Wahl rounds out the Library's crack Circulation Team! She too works at another Library. She too is pursuing a degree, this one in education. We aren't sure about the hot dog and pizza thing, but we know that, right now, she's not in a mood to talk much about the Bears.
Skye Lavin is well traveled and well educated! She has been in New Haven, Conn. (she's an 'Eli' like Rory Gilmore), Madison, Wisc. ('Go Badgers') and Nepal for the Peace Corps (“Ask Not What Your Country etc….”). She has saved the best for last…Blue Island! Skye serves at the Reference Desk where, each day, she stands ready to meet the information needs of her new neighbors!
Oscar Arellano is a busy guy even when he's not at the Circulation Desk. While he works at another public library, but down deep he knows Blue Island has it all over that other place. He is also pursuing a graduate degree in Library Science and, in his spare time is on the hunt for the perfect hot dog or slice of pizza.
