For the second year in a row, Alderman Carmine Bilotto
(shown here,
middle) contacted the Water Reclamation District to
help clean up some
local areas in his ward (2nd). This time it centered
on the area behind
Islander Condominiums and from Chatham Street to Western
Avenue.
